We have two saunas, both have low EMF infrared panels and electric rock heaters combined. Our communal sauna seats up to 6 people and is used in a group setting with others who book sessions - meet someone new while you sauna! The other sauna is single-use private session only. Both saunas are custom built-in cedar wood.

Cold Plunge
In a quick 3 minute dip, cool down with a commercial grade cold plunge! Eases sore muscles, improves sleep, enhances mood, promotes relaxation and decreases inflammation.
Our commercial grade Plunge All-In keeps the water a consistent temperature of 37 degrees Fahrenheit. For flexibility of time spent preparing to dunk and time spent slowly lowering yourself in, we have allotted 15min time slots. Three minutes in the maximum time you can be submerged in the 37 degree water, you can not spend longer than 3 mins dunked into the tub.
